Meeting the Challenges for the City of Tomorrow: A Look at Lyon and Boston's Strategies
Transatlantic Perspectives on a Smarter, Happier, & More Sustainable Metropolis

Wednesday, October 8
4:00pm - 8:30pm
Sullivan & Worcester
One Post Office Square, Boston, MA

World leading cities will need smart and innovative technology to achieve their long-term sustainability goals. Both Boston and Lyon (France) are involved in Smart City pilot programs on the development of digital urban services that make traveling, working and living in the city easier.

With a keen eye on blending technological strides with fresh ideas, the 2014 edition of the FACCNE's Business Forum will bring together leading minds of the public and private sectors to discuss challenges and solutions that are thoroughly integrated into everyday activities.

Join large companies, start-ups, representatives of Lyon and Boston, and MIT experts for a unique opportunity to understand how the latest technologies are harnessed to create new models on how to live, work and play in the City of Tomorrow.

The event will feature two panel discussions: one on Smart Mobility and one on Smart Buildings, a closing cocktail reception, and several networking opportunities.

This year, the Annual Business Forum is organized in special partnership with the City of Lyon.
